1. General/booking
- An overview of our rental cabins and the campsite can be found at www.telnessanden.no
- All bookings are made via booking.telnessanden.com and you will receive an order number after completing the booking. The agreed prices are binding between both parties.
- Check-out for cabins is by 11:00, check-in from 15:00.
- Check-out for motorhomes/tents/caravans is by 13:00.
- All camping guests must park/pitch on the designated, numbered spots.
- All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
- In addition to the rental fee, cleaning of cabins by our cleaning staff must be paid for. Bed linen must be rented per person for hygiene reasons.
2. House rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins.
- Dogs are not allowed inside the cabins. Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the campsite.
- Please show consideration for other guests. Quiet hours apply after 23:00. This applies both in the rental cabins and on the campsite.
- The right to rent campsite spots or cabins cannot be transferred to others.
- The dishwasher must be started before departure.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellations can only be made via the link in the booking confirmation.
For motorhomes, caravans and tents:
- 97 % refund when cancelling more than 5 days before arrival.
- 50 % refund when cancelling 5 to 2 days before arrival.
- 0 % refund when cancelling less than 2 days before arrival.
For cabin rentals:
- 97 % refund when cancelling more than 15 days before arrival.
- 50 % refund when cancelling 15 to 5 days before arrival.
- 0 % refund when cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
4. Liability for damages
- If damage or defects are discovered upon arrival at the cabin, this must be reported to Telnessanden Camping immediately. Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported to the reception at Telnessanden Camping. The cabin will be inspected upon departure.
